Pyreco International Ltd, an Engineering company, who owns the IP for Pyreco technology. B6 Pyreco SA is the South African operational company. B6 Grune Energie have the exclusive rights to use the IP for Pyreco Plants in Africa, the Middle East, Europe and Australia and will therefore be the floating company that builds and manages the plant in South Africa. The plant is planned for Gauteng, in conjunction with Ekurhuleni municipality, who will be the end electricity user.

The Intec system generates electrical energy to be fed into the grid by recovery of organic residues from waste of households, industry, health sector, agriculture, forestry and other sectors. B6 Juvema – Garden Route, have a working relationship with Intec to use their Intellectual Property for the Middle East, Far East, Africa, Europe and Russia. Energy recovery of any type of organic waste and residue, including toxic and medical waste for the generation of electric current.
